Alley Kat Brewing Company produces world class micro-brewed beers in Edmonton. The brewery is locally owned and operated by Neil and Lavonne Herbst, both of Edmonton. Six flagship beers are produced to uncompromising standards. These are Aprikat, Charlie Flint's Original Lager, Full Moon pale ale, Alley Kat Amber, and Olde Deuteronomy barley wine.
