Since our incorporation in 1964, G & J Parking Lot Maintenance has grown to be a full service company offering design, construction and maintenance in the fields of asphalt paving, concrete, landscaping, snow removal, sanding and street sweeping. The company was started by two men who used a wooden straight edge and paint rollers to mark out parking lines. One of their customers asked them to sweep sidewalks at a residential complex and a new service was born. Soon motorized equipment was required to keep up with the demand and the size of the jobs coming in. Asphalt repairs came next and so the company grew. Today, we employ approximately 100 people during the peak summer season and operate over 60 pieces of heavy equipment. During the winter, we are the largest snow removal contractor in the City of Edmonton.
