| As a federal government employee, Permelia was put in charge of organizing various seminars, meetings and training sessions. Her innate ability to create a positive working environment for project organizers, to fully understand the objectives of the project and to “work the details” so that events invariably received positive feedback led her to strike out on her own as an event organizer. |
